About: I am the Service Development Manager for Enlighten, the University of Glasgow's institutional repository. Enlighten uses both DSpace and ePrints to run separate repositories arranged by content types.

I have been very involved in our RAE 2008 exercise and am now looking at what we need to do to move our repository into the University's publications database space - and all its attendant challenges.
