About: I look after the web, e-resources and general IT stuff at the University of Sussex Library. One of my many hats is managing the Institutional Repository here, just (a little bit of) me working on the IR so not too much exciting is happening of late. However hoping to upgrade to eprints3 soon, import RAE data, and intergrate with everything when we have a bit of time. We have also found that emailing academics directly about their specific recent (3 months or so) article/publication has worked well with a good response rate.
